Day 1: Chennai – Guwahati – Kaziranga (L, D)

Assemble in Chennai Airport, Domestic Terminal at 07:00 AM.  Boarding an Indigo flight at 08:55 AM, reach Guwahati Airport. Transfer to  Kaziranga by road, enroute visit Kamakhya Temple. Check-in hotel at Kaziranga for 2 night stay.

Day 2: Kaziranga National park Safari (B, L, D)

Early morning go for an Elephant ride in the park. Return for Breakfast. After breakfast free for leisure or you can visit tea plantations and rubber plantations. After lunch Jeep safari in the Central Range. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Day 3: Kaziranga – Shillong –  (B, L, D)

After breakfast proceed for Shillong (4,900 ft.), called ‘Scotland of the East”. Enroute visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong, visit Don Bosco Museum and St. Mary’s Church . After that check in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Shillong for 3 days.

Day 4: Shillong –Mawlynnong – Dawki –  – Shillong (B, L, D)

After early breakfast drive to Mawlynnong – “Asia’s Cleanest Village”. Mawlynnong offers many interesting sights such as the living root bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another small rock. Later proceed to Dawki, a small town near India Bangladesh border. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Umangot River with a river ride. Evening drive back to Shillong. Stay overnight at your hotel in Shillong.

Day 5: Shillong – Cherrapunjee -Shillong(B, L, D)

After an early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. En route enjoy the view of Mawdok – Dympep Valley View Point. You will see the beautiful waterfall known as Nohkalikai. Nohsngithiang Falls (Seven Sisters Falls), You can also explore the caves known as Mawsmai. Evening return to Shillong, en route visit Elephant Falls. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 6: Shillong –  Guwahati (B, L, D)

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Guwahati. In the evening tour of the Golden Sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra. Overnight stay at Guwahati.

Day 7: Guwahati – Chennai (B, L)

After breakfast Check out from Hotel and Shopping after that Transfer to Guwahati Airport for your onward journey.
