EXPO  2025  Special Tour

Expo 2025 is an upcoming World Expo organized and sanctioned by the Bureau of Expositions (BIE), which will be held in Osaka, Japan. It will take place for six months during 2025, opening on 13 April 2025 and closing on 13 October 2025, for 184 days. The projected visitor count is approximately 3 Crores. The World Expo is an international exhibition held every five years where nations showcase their latest and best inventions and innovations across a wide range of industries, including but not limited to technology and architecture. Technologies famously introduced at previous world fairs include the elevator, the telephone, electric cars, and many more. The theme of this exposition is “Designing Future Society for Our Lives” with subthemes of “Saving Lives,” “Empowering Lives,” and “Connecting Lives.” Osaka also hosted the Expo in 1970 & 1990.

Airlines: Malaysian Airlines

24.5.25: Saturday – Chennai – Kuala Lumpur

Assemble at Chennai International Airport by 8.00 am. Depart by 11.45 am Malaysian Airlines and arrive in Kuala Lumpur by 6.45 pm. Depart Kuala Lumpur by 11.30 pm and arrive in Tokyo by 7.40 am the next day.

25.5.25: Sunday – Kuala Lumpur – Tokyo (L, D)

After completing the Airport Formalities, have Breakfast and proceed for the Tokyo Tour, visiting places such as the Metropolitan Govt Building (Drive-by) and National Stadium (Drive-by). After lunch, visit Asakusa Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Street. Later, Proceed to Tokyo APA Hotel & Resort Tokyo Bay Shiomi (or) a Similar hotel for a 3-night stay.

26.5.25: Monday – Tokyo Full Day Tour (B, L, D)

During the Full-day Tokyo Tour Visit Tokyo Skytree (350 mtrs), Ginza Shopping, Shibuya crossing (Drive-By), Rainbow Bridge (Drive-By), Odaiba (Statue of Liberty, Decks Tokyo). Later back to the Tokyo Hotel.

27.5.25: Tuesday – Full-day Tour of Mt. Fuji (B, L, D)

After Breakfast, depart to Mt. Fuji and enjoy the Boating Lake Ashi Cruise after Lunch, enjoy the ride at Mt.Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, later visit Oishi Park, and back to the Tokyo Hotel. Check-in bags can be handed over to the Hotel for movement to Osaka directly.

28.5.25: Wednesday – Tokyo to Hiroshima (Miyajima) (B, L, D)

Prepare 1 small bag for a 1-night stay and Depart to Tokyo Station for your Shinkansen Bullet Train for Hiroshima. The main luggage will be directly forwarded to the Osaka Hotel, after lunch visit Miyajima and Itsukushima Jinja (By ferry). Later, after dinner, stay for 1 night at APA Hotel Hiroshima – Ekimae Ohashi (or) Similar.

29.5.25: Thursday – Hiroshima City tour – Osaka (B, L, D)

Morning during the Hiroshima City Tour, visit Hiroshima Peace Park, the Atomic Bomb Dome, and the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. After Lunch, proceed to Osaka for 5 5-night stay at APA Hotel Shin-Osaka Eki Tower (or) Similar.

30.5.25: Friday – Osaka – EXPO 2025 (B, D)

Morning 10 am to Evening 5.30 pm Full-day Expo 2025 tour of Osaka.

31.5.25: Saturday – Osaka – EXPO 2025 (B, D)

Morning 10 am to Evening 5.30 pm Full-day Expo 2025 tour of Osaka.

01.6.25: Sunday – City Tour of Kyoto (B, L, D)

Morning, proceed to the Kyoto Tour and visit the Kinkaku-Ji Golden Pavilion, and in the afternoon, visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine and Arashiyama Bamboo Forest. Later return to Osaka.

02.6.25: Monday – City Tour of Nara & Osaka (B, L, D)

Morning, proceed to Nara and visit Todai-ji Temple and Deer Park. Later in the afternoon, visit Osaka Castle. Later back to the hotel.

03.6.25: Tuesday – Osaka – Kuala Lumpur – Chennai (B, L, D)

Check out by 5.30 am and proceed to the Airport for our Malaysian Airlines Flight by 9.55 am and arrive in Chennai by 10.45 pm via Kuala Lumpur
