Day 1: Chennai – Guwahati – Kaziranga (L, D)

Assemble in Chennai Airport, Domestic Terminal at early morning 03:00 AM.  Boarding an Indigo flight at 05:30AM and reach Guwahati Airport by 08:15 am. Transfer to  Kaziranga by road, enroute visit Kamakhya Temple. Check-in hotel at Hong Thor Resort or similar for 2 nights stay.

Day 2: Kaziranga National park Safari (B, L, D)

Visit Kaziranga National Safari park. Enjoy Elephant ride and Jeep safari. Return back to hotel.

Day 3: Kaziranga – Shillong –  (B, L, D)

After breakfast proceed for Shillong (4,900 ft.), called ‘Scotland of the East”. Enroute visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong . After that check in Hotel La Kyrsei or similar for 3 nights.

Day 4: Shillong – Cherrapunjee -Shillong (B, L, D

After an early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. En route enjoy the view of Mawdok – Dympep Valley View Point. You will see the beautiful waterfall known as Nohkalikai. Nohsngithiang Falls (Seven Sisters Falls), You can also explore the caves known as Mawsmai. Evening return to Shillong, en route visit Elephant Falls. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 5: Shillong –Mawlynnong – Dawki – Shillong (B, L, D)

After early breakfast drive to Mawlynnong – “Asia’s Cleanest Village”. Mawlynnong offers many interesting sights such as the living root bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another small rock. Later proceed to Dawki, a small town near India Bangladesh border. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Umngot River with a Boat ride. Evening drive back to Shillong. Stay overnight at your hotel in Shillong.

Day 6: Shillong –  Guwahati (B, L, D)

After breakfast check out  and visit Don Bosco Museum and St.Marys Church and drive to Guwahati. In the evening tour of the Golden Sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River. Overnight stay at  IRIS – The Boutique Hotel or similar Guwahati.

Day 7: Guwahati – Chennai (B, L)

After breakfast Check out  Hotel and visit  Assam State Zoo and Assam Botanical Garden  and free for  Shopping, after that Transfer to Guwahati Airport. By 06:10 pm boarding Indigo flight and reach 09:20 pm to Chennai.
