World Expos are one of the oldest and largest international events on the planet, taking place every five years and lasting six months. It is a festival for all, where everyone can experience, explore, innovate and have fun by sharing ideas and working together.
Expo 2020 Dubai will be the first World Expo ever hosted in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia region. Through our theme of Connecting Minds, Creating the Future, with sub-themes as Sustainability, Opportunity, and Mobility, the expo aim to host a World Expo that inspires people by showcasing the best examples of collaboration, innovation, and cooperation from around the world.
Measuring 4.38 sq. km (Around 1000 acres) in Expo site, there will be more than 200 participants including nations, multilateral organizations, businesses, and educational institutions. Expo 2020 will run for six months from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022 (Winter months of Dubai when weather used to be around 20 – 35 degrees)
Whether you’re coming by Metro, bus, taxi, or car, getting to Expo 2020 is very simple. All three main entrances are a 20-minute drive from Dubai Marina, while the Metro’s Route 2020 takes you directly to Expo 2020.
One-day ticket costs around Rs 2300 and a 3-day ticket costs around Rs. 5000.
